Fortuna is a brand of cigarettes produced by Franco-Spanish company Altadis. Fortuna consists of American tobacco made basically from Virginia tobacco. Altadis has recently launched new Fortuna cigarette variants based on tobacco sourced from Africa, Asia and Central America. These products nicely extend Fortuna cigarettes traditional Virginia-type tobacco flavor.
Among Fortuna cigarettes new tastes, the most likely to be in great-demand are Fortuna Oriental, Savannah and Tropical. The best known types of Fortuna cigarettes are Fortuna Red and Fortuna Blue (Light).
In 2004 the brand was presented in Morocco, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria, Panama and Finland, and in 2007 in Brazil.
