Lambert & Butler is a produced in UK. They come in various types including Silver (Full Flavor), Gold (formerly Lights), White (Ultra Light cigarettes), Menthol (green packs) and the newer Smooth (blue packs) which is in between Silver and Gold in strength. Lambert & Butler is known across Europe as L&B.
In 2005, Imperial Tobacco introduced the special edition Celebration Pack, in which the design of the striped box it had used since 1987 was changed. In 2006, the company decided make the "enhanced pack design" permanent.
A holographic Lambert & Butler cigarette's pack design was launched in April 2008 as the "Premier Edition" to mark "10 years as the UK's number 1 brand".
